- If you cancel an order after work has started, a partial refund may be issued, deducting the cost of any work completed up to the point of cancellation.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- If the delivered work meets the agreed-upon specifications and quality standards.
- If you fail to provide clear or complete instructions, resulting in unsatisfactory work.
- If you request changes or revisions that fall outside the original scope of the project.

3. Revisions
We offer 2 free revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final deliverables. The following terms apply:
- Revisions must be requested within 3 days of receiving the deliverables.
- Revisions are limited to 2 rounds per project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Revisions must align with the original project scope and specifications. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
4. Cancellation Process
4.1 By User
- To cancel an order, you must notify us in writing at billing@fradelia.com.
- Cancellation requests will be processed within 3 business days, and any applicable refunds will be issued according to Section 1.3.
4.2 By Company
- We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Non-payment or fraudulent payment.
- Inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content in the materials provided by you.
- Failure to provide necessary information or cooperation to complete the project.
- If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund for any payments made.
